Portland area has 74th highest home vacancy rate among U.S. metro areas

The number of vacant homes in the Portland area was nearly 8,800 in the third quarter of 2018, a 226-unit decrease over what it was a year ago, according to new real estate numbers reported by ATTOM Data Solutions.
